The Foundation Dam Feedback Study

Both funders of health research and scientific journals use peer review for deciding which projects to fund or articles to publish. Most funders and journals are likely to have a set of criteria they want the project proposals or articles to be reviewed by and most are likely to have formulated instructions for how to do this. To increase compliance with the defined review criteria some funders and journals train their reviewers. 

However, studies on the effect of reviewer training do not yield consistent results. This study will be done to evaluate the effect of an individual (personalized) feedback report (IFR) and a general feedback report (GFR) on agreement between grant peer reviewers.
